BEACHES
There are literally dozens of safe and sandy beaches within minute’s drive of the cottages.

CASTLES
There are a string of 13th and 14th centuary castles along the Gwynedd coastline. The Romans have also left their mark here, and more recently, Lloyd George’s boyhood village and museum is just down the road.


SLATE CAVERNS
The largest slate mine in the world is at Blaenau Festiniog, cathedral sized caverns hewn out of solid rock in the bowels of the earth are just one of there attractions.

GOLF
There are golf courses at Pwllheli, Criccieth, Porthmadog, Caernarfon, Nefyn and across the bay at Harlech all within a travelling distance of half an hour.

CRAFTS
Llyn abounds with craft workshops, pottery, slate work, woollen mills, leather and candle work are all here.

GREAT LITTLE TRAINS OF WALES
Five of Wales’s famous narrow gauge railways are within a comfortable distance.
